Technical Guide:

This report describes using the Obukowin portages to access the Gammon River at Carroll Lake in Ontario's Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. Note that the gpx file has newer  info on where the beavers have the water backed up as you finish the first portage from Siderock Lake. 300 meters from the end of the portage you paddle on the new beaver pond to the old portage end. Here you will have to lift over the old beaver dam. Then you will encounter floating bog which you will have to drag your canoe over for small distances.
