A bit of context - Westboro is a very trendy neighbourhood here in Ottawa :-)

https://www.kijiji.ca/v-canoe-kayak-pad ... nFlag=true

Chopping waves and dropping panties. 16’ of chick magnet fiberglass. Camo for concealment and sleak design for stealth movements on dark nights. Undercoat is John Deere green because things need to be done right. If you aren’t used to getting out of your mom’s basement and you use an otter tail paddle, you risk snapping that twig you call an arm. Just remember that this is real life and if you fall in and sink because you thought it was a good idea to stand up to piss in 3’ chop, there are no cheat codes for bonus lives. What is dead may never die. Four rod holders installed so you can make good on your word and catch your girl a delicious bass. If you plan on buying this to put on the roof of your car and drive around Westboro, don’t because you’re just insulting yourself. Understand that this canoe has been on more adventures than Teddy Ruxpin and seen more action than Chuck Norris at a Saigon bar. It needs water like Charlie Sheen needs a drink. There is still two months of glory yet to be had but don’t waste your time because winter is coming.

This is the ad. Surely it will quickly sell and be taken down:
