Breakfast Burritos

Soft tortillas

Onion

Ham or bacon

Instructions: 

This hardly requires directions but the trick to making this quickly is to have everything prepared and ready to go. Also, I use kolbasa or other cooked/smoked meat since it only needs to be warmed through and I usually have some with me anyway. Fry the meat you want to use, add peppers, onion and what ever else you want. Then fold in the eggs till cooked. Put thinly sliced cheese (experiment with varieties) on the tortilla before adding the filling so it will melt. I like mine with some hot sauce.
