Package of Bruchetta crackers (Cheap at the dollar store)

Bottle of Bruchetta Mix

Grated Cheese

Tinfoil/Reflector Oven

Rehydrate Bruchetta Mix and Spread on Crackers, add cheese to top and bake either in reflector oven or place on grill and cover with tinfoil until cheese is melted and crackers are warm.  Bruchetta mix dehydrates the same as salsa there are however some larger chunks so its worth the while to food process or mash the mix so theres no pockets of moisture in the bruchetta when finished.
