Christmas Granola

Ingredients: 

4 cups extra thick cut oats

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup pecan chips

1/4 cup flax seed

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons orange peel

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup honey

6 oz dried cherry flavored cranberries

Instructions: 

Heat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients except cranberries in large bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove granola from oven; stir in cranberries. Cool completely in pan
