Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
1/2 c. dried potato - in small squares
1/4 c. corn niblets dried
1/4 c. broken dried onion
1/4 c. powdered milk
2+ tbspn instant potato
1 tbsp margarine
pepper & salt to taste
Cheese optional
Cooking Equipment:
pot and stir spoon
Instructions:
Put potato, corn and onion into 2/5 c. water boil & simmer until soft (15 min?) Add powdered milk, potatoe flakes and margarine plus spices to desired taste and consistency Can add a bit of cheese to melt at the end if desired.

I just got a great Corn chowder recepie from a friend and adapted it for tripping. Increase amounts as needed for more/bigger appetites. Next challenge is to try and dry the creamed corn that the original recipe called for.
