Date Maple Nut Oatmeal

3 cups quick cooking oats

10 teaspoons maple sugar granules

5 teaspoons brown sugar blend Splenda

1 cup walnuts

10 teaspoons chopped dates

Instructions: 

To make individual instant packets: Process 1/2 cup oats in a blender on high until powder. Into 10 individual ziplock bags combine the following ingredients: 2 - 4 teaspoons powdered oats (divide into an equal amount) 1/4 cup unpowdered oats 1 teaspoon maple sugar granules 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar blend Splenda 1-1/2 tablespoons walnuts 2 teaspoons chopped dates To serve, empty packet into a bowl. Add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Adjust water amount for thicker or thinner oatmeal.
