Flat bread
2 1/2 cups flour
1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water, WITH
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup warm water, WITH
1 teaspoon salt cooking oil

Pack in a ziplock baggie 1tsp sugar and place 1 pkg. dry yeast in ziplock In another baggie 1 tsp salt 1 ½ flour in large ziplock. Cooking oil in nalgene or leak proof container In camp: Warm up 1 cup of water Add ½ cup of water to sugar baggie and then gently sprinkle in the yeast package , try not to make any lumps and let stand 10 minutes. Add ½ cup of water to salt baggie In pot or large baggie mix the sugar and salt water to I cup of the flour mix well, add the remainder of the flour and knead on bottom of floured canoe 10 min. Add more flour as needed. Divide into 6 portions and flatten using clean water bottle. Flatten into ½ inch thick circles Fry in shallow pan of oil till golden
