Ingredients:
whole, cooked smoked ham;
2 envelopes instant mashed potatoes (I prefer 3-cheese version)
Cooking Equipment:
stove; covered pot; skillet

Instructions:
measure & boil water; remove from heat and stir in potato mix; cover and set aside; slice ham 1/4" - 3/8" thick, brown slices in skillet; can be topped with mixture of mustard and honey or syrup (little packages from fast-food counters)
