Peaches Flambe
Dried Peaches 6 halves
Margarine 1 spoonful
Brown Sugar 1 spoonful
Triple Sec 1/4 c
Fry pan Naptha or Propane stove
pour very warm (not boiling) water over peaches, enough to just cover. Allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes to partially rehydrate. Heat margarine and brown sugar in fry pan until sugar melats and starts to caramalize (about 1 minute) Add 6 tbs of the peach water. Immediately place peaches face down in the fry pane and let cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Turn peaches over and add Triple Sec. Tilt biling suace over the flame until it catches fire. (caution - the flames are quite high - do not stand over the fry pan while doing this !!) Keep cookoing over the stove until the flambe extinguishes itself.
