Start at Birch Island on Hwy 6 south of Espanola (marina)
East through McGregor Bay
Through East & West Channels
Camp night one at park boundary
East through Kirk Creek including portages of :
P 75 m, P 40 ,P 50, P 50 m, P 75 m, P 20 m, P 50 m
Northeast through Theenarrows Lake
P 540 m at narrows
Camp night two on Threenarrows
P 395 m to small unnamed lake
P 3160 m to Killarney Lake
East on Killarney Lake
East on Chikanashing Creek (liftover at log jam and beaver dam)
P 250 m to Norway Lake
East through Norway Lake
Camp night three on Norway Lake
P 1470 m to Kakakise Lake
West through Kakakise Lake
West through Kakakise Creek (or P 1975 m beside creek if dry)
West through Freeland Lake
P 80 m R around old dam
West then south through George Lake to finish at main campground

Special Comments: 

The maze of islands between Birch Island and Killarney Provincial Park can make navigation confusing. Keep track of your position on the topo map carefully. The long portage on this trip (3160 m) between Threenarrows and Killarney is not as difficult as it might seem. It has a steep section at the beginning and end, but the centre is quite level
