Technical Guide: 

headwaters sweeps and rocks are common; alternating still waters,lakes and rocky runs.
Leave your show boat home.

Trip Journal/Log/Report/Diary: 

day 1- get you as far as Cross Creek. lots or rock runs and pools with the occasional sweep to contend with.
day 2 - mostly still water with one or two runs that had good water. Watch for submerged boulders. Stop at Roundaround portage.
Day 3- fishing day.
Day 4- Still water paddling interrupted by stretches of quick water GlenCross Rips were fun. fairly easy to navigate with lots of water. Otherwise save paint and hoof it.
Camped at the out fall of the Rips.
Day 5 - Glen Crosss Rips to Foot of Ladle lake and portage to Liscomb River Road.

Informal campsites along the way. Many small portages or carries maybe needed depending on water level. May June or late fall will see the least walking.
