Anyone run the lower Stikine recently? Looking for a shuttle driver to take a vehicle back to Prince Rupert from Telegraph. Seems like the outfitter in Telegraph isn't running these days. Any suggestions appreciated.

Also any knowledge of what the road is like these days?

Thanks all

Since the village was badly damaged and evacuated last year its not surprising no outfitter.

I would expect the road to be a mess with firefighting heavy machinery.

It was a nice road several years ago but that was several years ago.

I've friends that used https://www.breakawayadventures.com/
for shuttling themselves and canoes back up stream by power boat.

I've been hoping to head back up to the Upper Stikine this season and have had a number
of persons discouraging me to do so because of conditions and some live in northern BC.
