We got invited to an easy paddle down the Lower Nadina River. The Nadina flows West from Nadina Lk. to the West end of Francois Lk.

Within minutes from the put in, we had to portage around a "small log jam". This jam had grown from what everyone had remembered. The jam caused a lot of water to flow through the adjoining fields. After a short section of flooded field and beaver downed trees we had 1/2 a km of field walking till the put in.

From then on it was gentle floating with tight corners and small riffles every now and then. Total trip time was around 4 hrs.
