Hi there friends, I'm heading up into scrabble lake tomorrow with the dog via Fishog, Red Boat, Clear. I might stay on Clear lake, I had heard that the islands are populated by mature pines. Plan is 2 nights and back out again. Using the Explore The Backcountry Map, if anyone has anything to add that's not covered on the map or outdated it would be greatly appreciated :)

Ontario Parks has a official map now, if you want to compare differences.

I haven't been through the full park, but I will say I'm surprised by some of the campsites shown on the "official" map from Ontario Parks.

IRRC, the westernmost campsite shown on Red Boat Lake is not a campsite/a pretty terrible site. And a campsite is shown sort of half way between Fishog and Red Boat- that one is on a pretty shallow beaver pond, not a very good site.
