I just wanted to put this out there to anyone who may be planning on doing the Aubrey Lake / Rocky Island Lake / Wenebegon River loop North of Theselon, ON
Myself and 3 others completed this route recently August 14 - 22, 2020 and it was a fantastic trip.

Fall colours were just starting to reveal and the water levels on all 3 bodies of water are very low. Aubrey lake levels seemed to be down a good 4-5 feet, Rocky Island Lake down about 5 - 6 feet and the Wenebegon River seems to be flowing at very low to low levels.
Please note that the Rapids at the last 3 - 4 km's of the river entering Aubrey Lake are very low and are a difficult navigation due to many boulders showing just below the waters surface... expect to scratch a lot more new details into the bottom of your canoe or kayak.

Over all the trip was a success and I would do it again.

If you would like to watch some video footage of the trip... here is the link to part 1 and 2 of the trip.
