View topic - Have you made any plans for 2009?

I’m hoping to get out a little more then last year
North Saskatchewan 2 days in May and 5 days in Sept
Red Deer River last week in July
Athabasca River for a week in Aug
And the Bow River on the weekends in between

sounds good,depending on what section of the red deer your planning on the water might be a little low at that time of year

My plans for this year:

N.Sask (Nordegg to Rocky) 3 days likely before July
N.Sask (Horberg to Rocky) several day trips in July/Aug/Sept
Red Deer R (West of Sundre) couple of weekend trips in Aug/Sept
Churchill River (6 portages route) August
Various other day trips wherever I can fit them in.

I'm going to give poleing a try this year. Maybe the Lobstick in the spring and some sections of the Battle River. Will have a better view from a standing position
