Post subject: | Athabasca Shuttle |
Hello all, I'm looking to see if anyone can recommend a shuttle service around the Athabasca river starting in Jasper. I'm coming from Manitoba this August, and am planning to put in at Old Fort Point or 12 mile bridge in Jasper, and make my way up to Hinton. Thanks. |

Hi, Crowmaster, I'm not aware of any commercial shuttle services but you might try contacting the Hinton Strokers Canoe and Kayak Club http://www.geocities.ws/jay_hore/ Or this company: https://www.ridebooker.com/transfers/ja ... er-shuttle |

Crowmaster, Further to Ralphs note, contact Rick Zrobec in Hinton for anything related to paddling those waters: rickzro@gmail.com And note that the Strokers have recently changed their name...go figure? Bruce |

Thanks Pook, I will send him an email. I did try to contact the strokers, and the emails all bounced. Now I know why. |
