You're right. It's not clear who he was going to paddle. I brought those paddles along as props for the booth mostly because they are so small and easy to transport. It's all about saving weight on the portage across 22nd street.

Sounds like a great event! A little far to go for a symposium, but I am planning to paddle Saskatchewan next year...and I'm already psyched!
