Water levels on the Rabbit are quite high still, most beaver dams can be paddled over easily and there is good flow coming downstream.

Bugs are bad though, in the bush, mosquito's and black flies, not many deer, horse or stable flies yet, it has been too wet and cool for them.

Had a visit from a Conservation officer out on Rabbit Lake on Wednesday. We enjoyed meeting him out there and chatting about paddling in Manitoba and Nopoming Park issues.

Thanks for the information. I won't tell Selena about the bugs!

We are paddling Tulabi, Snowshoe, Davidson this weekend so hopefully a bit more water will reduce the amount of wading in the section south of Snowshoe.
