View topic - Dumoine River Photos - My new favourite river

Just got off the Dumoine with my family. I can't believe it took me so long to do this river. My new favourite river.

We did six days from Benoit to Driftwood Provincial Park on the Ontario side of the Ottawa. Trailhead ran our shuttle. Six days is more than most people take, but we had the kids who are only 4 and 5. They loved it too.

Hi there

So how low was the water level? Were you having to drag your boat through places? We are heading out to either the Dumoine, Noire or Coulonge next week (Sept 16th). We did the Dumoine last year and it was a bit low but just fine and lots of fun.
