I'm trying to plan a paddling/fishing trip on the Nepisiquit. Three questions:

(1) Where are the boundaries of the Crown Reserve water? As a US native I can't fish there, so want to make sure we obey the rules.

(2) How late in the season do the headwaters (near Mt. Carleton Park) stay runnable? Can I run that section at low water?

(3) Is it possible to camp on the lakes in Mt. Carleton Park?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Jeff

Sorry, that's where I thought I posted it--and I couldn't figure out why it didn't show up after posting!

Where was it?

Thanks for moving it where it belongs.

It was originally posted under Nova Scotia. I wouldn't have known to move it if it weren't for Otter Mel's post. :lol:

No problem...not the first time, probably won't be the last time, that a location wandered from one province to another. :wink:

Check out this site for more info on canoeing in NB;

http://www.nanookofthenashwaak.com/index.htm

They have a forum so you can probably have your questions answered there.
