Hello all - I represent a small group of paddlers from Virginia who enjoy downhill canoeing. We are pretty experienced whitewater canoeists looking for a week long adventure in early-mid June. Last year we ran the Bonaventure up on the Gaspe and loved it, but were thinking of something perhaps a little more challenging, and a little closer to home. Ontario looks to be a 12 hour drive for us, versus the 24 hour drive to Quebec. I've looked at the Petawawa, the Coulogne, and the Dumoine as possibilities. We're looking for lots of class 2-3, a little class 4 would be ok, as little portaging and other people as possible, and as much pretty scenery as possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

When do you want to go and how many days on the river?
