im heading to algonquin on july 17 going in on smoke lake and spending a couple days on ragged lake weare taking our 5 year old son on his first canoe trip just wondering how the bugs are so far this year

okay during the day. Watch out come 8:30. With any humidity, you will be eating them. No worse than many years, we just have not seen this in a few.

On the upper pet about a month ago.............the worst I've ever experienced........bug shirt stayed on the entire trip
