Esquif doesn't list an MSRP and I'm not finding a lot of retail prices out there. I did find one ( ... 202011.pdf ) that gives a 2011 retail price of US$2,139 for an outfitted Miramichi.

Splake, I did find a USD price for a new T-formex Miramichi. In a bizarre coincidence at a dealer 40 miles from my home. $2535 USD in T-formex. ... 2-2654351i

I actually found that price thanks to the guy who is coming to buy mine. Even at $1600 with the accessories I hope he doesn’t “drive away like he stole it”, though he has an 8 hour drive home.

He is the real deal, has done some big rivers and has a true need for a 20’ freighter.

I am so delighted to have a buyer with big water tripping needs that I am gathering other bits and pieces to throw in before he leaves. The last canoe sale took 3 hours of shop chat; I hope this one takes at least that long.

That was a quick sale for an uncommon canoe. I couldn't think of a use for it myself, but I tried. :-)

(Good or bad I have a bigger need for a pontoon boat to haul materials and people the 100 metres from shore to our island cottage than I do for another canoe these days. )
