And some wonder why I think writing a letter to the Harper government is a waste of time and effort in the NWPA battle, even though it has to be done

With the few of us that already are involved in such things not much is going to change until many get on board and these..........
feel "uneasy" for their financial future and election forecasts.

We need a lot more involvement to get anywhere.

What is really interesting is they are trying to sell something they don't own.
It is Ontario Crown Land,

While managed by the federal government for its 44 years, the property the ELA sits on is owned by the Province of Ontario. An agreement between the two parties says the feds are required to remediate the land if they leave, but an Ontario Environment Ministry spokesperson didn't want to speculate on how the agreement would be affected by a change in ownership.

So it will be interesting to see the spin on the money they saved and "made" on this.
