... in a cabinet shuffle. Analysts say that the shuffle was done to bring in more votes during the next election, esp in the voter-heavy 905. The new ministers may have different outlooks on policy decisions and management that have been issues here, at least until the next election.

Good, hopefully the new one will reconsider the new park fee trial that is occurring and just apply some common price adjustments to make it fairer if that is the issue vs penalizing soloist.
