I've buried myself with too many canoes... one is an amazing piece of canoe history, one is a ww legend, some need work. Some are well-used and perfectly serviceable as-is. On Vancouver Island, B.C., pick-up or local delivery please.

$750 - 14' Whitesell Piranha - seen lots of river-use - so ugly. Class 5 WW capable! A fun, safe boat!

$600 - 16' Cedar-strip Prospector - needs gunnels and thwarts, and some epoxy work on stems. Good design. Paddles beautifully.

$250 - 17' Cedar-strip Cruiser - fast, diamond-shaped, lower-volume trainer/beater/cottage canoe. Should probably have inner glass patched/replaced as it's delaminating in a few spots. Needs keel-shoes to cover wear. Rows extremely well solo.

$3,900 - 100+ year old, 16' Lakefield lapped wood-strip canoe in excellent condition, ready for a straight-forward restoration. 29" beam! Dated 1905-1910.

Can provide emailed photos.
Thank-you,
Daniel.

Wow ! a Whitesell!
I have not heard that name in in awhile.
If your a new to WW and a big guy that is your boat! (you don't have to run class V in it)
Super stable!
I ran the Minden WW course at international levels in one (Upper stretch including the falls CIV )

It's a heck of a design Jeff - fun, fun, fun. I've never paddled anything quite like it. Throw a gunnel in the water and she'll turn on a dime, yet on the flat she's rock solid, and skims across the uglies. If I could keep it I would - storage has become an issue.
