It's looking good this time of year.
And runs right through town, has anyone paddled it?

The McIntyre is runnable when everything else is quite high. The usual run is from north of Hwy 17 down to the Central St bridge.

There is lots of great whitewater in Thunder Bay. The Thunder Bay Whitewater page on Facebook is a great place to join up with people for runs in the area.
