I will be camping at Mill River Provincial Park this June/July. My father will be coming with me and is an easy going kind of paddler. I am looking for a river route ( slow moving )...Maybe Mill river its self or Foxley. Any where really, hopefully not more than a 1/2 hr away from camp. Its kind of a a half day thing. We will have two cars so that is not an issue. My father is into bird photography and sketching, so 1/2 the time he is probally gonna be catching a free ride, but it will be nice anyway. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Ive been to the island twice already as a half way point while on climbing trips to Newfoundland, and I really enjoy my time there and am looking forward to this trip. :D

Those all sound good. Be aware of tidal levels.

All those rivers are slow ones. Very few fast rivers in PEI. Dunk River is one, near summerside, but we run that in the spring.
