Almost no-one should have a copy yet, in Canada at least. I'll have my copy in a few days since I ordered it last night and Mike processed the order today. Though it was available in the USA last week (because that's where it was printed), it wasn't available for sale yet in Canada until yesterday (Tuesday). As soon as Mike announced it's availability on facebook, I placed my order.
So, try again, I suspect it will work this time.
