Another vote for the Northwater 3/8" - 75' or similar (NRS make nice ones), both are good. My Northwater is about 20 years old, the bag has suffered some UV damage but the rope is still good.

That said I've only thrown it a couple of times and used it for a z-drag once, did the job on all occasions (works well as a clothes line too!).

Those piddling pieces of junk that are sold to satisfy the rules are complete garbage.

That's the one I ended up going with. That, along with the pulleys from the pin kit, will make for some advanced clothesline configurations.
