Bannock Pizza

Ingredients: 

-Bannock

-sauce

-old cheddar

-pepperoni

-peppers, olives, etc

-fry pan -stove -lid -spatula

Instructions: 

-prepare bannock as in other recipes -fry veggies and other toppings requiring cooking before starting crust -pour 1/2" bannock into greased pan, cook over medium heat -after flipping the bannock, top with sauce, cheese, etc -lower heat, cover, cook until bannock is ready

Comments: 

use old cheddar since it lasts fairly long on a trip - also, spicy pepperoni won't go bad too quickly
