Big Piney Breakfest Burritos

Ingredients: 

Flour tortillas

Eggs, real or alternative

Sausage

Baby Swiss cheese

Pacante sauce

Salt

Pepper

Instructions: 

Start by browning sausage or other meats over medium high heat, crumble as it browns. Move meat to side of pan and begin scrambling eggs, as eggs cook begin to stir in meat until cooked through. Remove mixture from pan. Place tortillas on to the hot skillet, turning twice, add cheese and allow to melt, add egg and cheese mixture remove from pan add salt and pepper to taste and wrap it up and serve with Salsa or Pacante sauce, don\'t forget to enjoy.

This is a super easy recipe, and relatively fast. This is the ingredients for the Big Piney style, use a different set of ingredients for different rivers, or campsites, offers great variety, and easy prep everytime. Great because it eliminates the use of a fragile loaf of bread. A good rule of thumb when deciding the amount to cook, ask everyone how many eggs they usually eat for breakfast, and how much meat.
