Cheesey Alfredo

Ingredients: 

1/2 c margaine

1/2 c flour

4 cups milk, hot

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp oregano or basil (optional)

1 c of tightly packed grated cheese (parmesian, asiago, or mixed)

2 lb fettucine

Instructions: 

Make a white sauce by melting the margarine, adding the flour and stir constantly for 2 min. Slowly whisk in the hot milk. Add all spices, and then stir in the cheese. Toss with cooked pasta

For the gourmet touch, toss a few sun-dried tomatoes on top!
