Ingredients: 

fresh caught fish or canned shrimp or crab

3 cups dehydrated hasbrowns potato buds (enough to make 2 quarts cooked potatoes)

1 onion (1/4 cup dried)

1 tbsp green pepper flakes

handful dried mushrooms

handful of dried veggies t

hree packs Milkman instant milk

mix favourite spices

Instructions: 

Place everything except Potatoe Buds and fish into a large pot. Add water to rehydrate and make a slushy soup. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add enough Potatoe Buds to thicken to your desired consistency. If it is too thick, thin with water. Season with your favourite spices. Boil for approx. 15 minutes. When the chowder is cooked add chucks of fish. Cook 5 full minutes and serve.
