Cinnamon Rolls

1 1/2 cups tea biscuit mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
margarine
cinnamon

Instructions:
We buy the tea biscuit mix at Bulk Barn or any other bulk food place. Mix up biscuit mix with water into a firm dough. Roll or press out int a flat rectangle on a cutting board or paddle. Spread a generous layer of margarine over the surface, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up into a long cylinder, then cut into 3/4" slices. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
