Corn Bread

Ingredients: 

1 cup flour

1 cup corn meal

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup oil

1 egg (or 2 tbs powdered)

1/3 cup powdered milk

1 tbs sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water

Cooking Equipment: 

Outback oven or reflector oven

Cooking Time: 
20 min
Serves:

Instructions: 

Bake 20-25 minutes until centre is firm and utensil comes out clean
