Crab&Artichoke Dip

Ingredients: 

1/2 can dehydrated artichoke hearts

dehydrated onion (to taste)

dehydrated scallions (to taste)

butter or olive oil

handful of grated parmesan cheese

2 mayo packets

1 packet of crab in foil

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt/Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

Combine artichokes, onions & scallions in pot, cover w/ water, bring to a boil. Cover pot and remove from heat. Let veggies soften & drain water. Add butter to pot w/ veggies. Saute for a bit. Remove from heat & add cheese, S&P and mayo. Combine well then add crab and a squirt of lemon. Serve on garlic toasts.

Comments: 

The rule in our camp is whoever cooks doesn't clean...so I love to cook! Great w/ a mug of wine from one of those pretty good new boxed wines.
