Easy Fish & Rice

Ingredients:
President's Choice brand frozen, individually shrink-wrapped, seasoned salmon fillets, 4 to a box.
Rice dehydrated peas, corn, or green beans
Cooking Equipment:
skillet, 2 covered pots, stove

Instructions:
Sear fillets in an oiled or buttered skillet, 3-4 minutes per side (a bit longer if not fully thawed). Serve with rice (basmati seasoned with mushroom bouillon cube, or flavored packaged mix) re-hydrate veggies, boil until tender If using single burner stove, dump re-hydrated veggies into the rice

These fillets sell for ~$12 Cdn./4. They can be used day 1 and sometimes day 2, if well insulated and kept cool. I usually wrap the fillets in bubble-wrap, then put them inside a paper bag.
