Eggs Benedict

Ingredients: 

4 eggs

2 English muffins

1 can flakes of ham

Knorr packaged Bernaise sauce Butter

Instructions: 

Toast or fry English muffin halves, open a canned ham or flakes of ham and fry if desired. Mix a pack of Knorr Béarnaise sauce but omit most of the butter. Assemble muffin, ham, egg on top and cover with béarnaise sauce

Comments: 

An astounding breakfast we had once on the Missinaibi was eggs benedict. Fry some eggs with a bit of water to simulate poaching. The drawback is everyone will elect you to be cook and handle the meals from then on. Submitted By: Tim Aspen
