Erie-Huron Stew

Ingredients: 

Bag1:1 c. dried Veg.- green pepper, beans, carrots, mushrooms, onion etc.

1+ c. ground beef & seasoning dried 8"*8" tomato sauce leather- break up

Bag2: 1.5 c. small macaroni

Bag3: 3 oz cheese (waxed at home)sliced

pepper, salt & 1-2 Taco Bell hot sauce

Instructions: 

Add bag 1 to 3-4 c. water, boil Add bag 2 and boil again add seasonings and simmer until macaroni done Remove from heat and add cheese to top. cover and let sit 3-5 min until cheese melts.

Comments: 

A favourite for years. For lactose intolerant in group, put cheese in bottom of bowl. For a vegetarian in the group, use "brown" gravy mix and do meat seperate.
