Focaccia

Ingredients: 

2/3 cup warm water

1 tsp sugar

2 cups flour

1 pkg active dry yeast

2 tbs oil

1/2 tsp salt

Cooking Equipment: 

10" round baking pan Outback oven or reflector oven

Instructions: 

Blend ingredients, them mix in warm (not hot) water. Once blended, knead about 5 minutes. If the dough is sticky, add more flour. Stretch into the pan. Rise 5 to 15 minutes. Drizzle top with olive oil, minced garlic and Italian spices. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bottom is browned.
