Houmous

Ingredients: 

1c. Chick Peas

1/4c. cup lemon juice

1/4c. Tahinni(or Peanut Butter if you can\\\'t find Tahinni)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 clove of garlic

1/4tsp All Spice

Instructions: 

Soak 1 cup of dried chick peas in water overnight. Drain and rinse the chick peas then boil for 1 hour Put chick peas and remaining ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Sometimes you need to add more or less water to get the consistency right. Spread on a pita and enjoy. Note. Instead of using dried chick peas you can skip that part and go straight to food processor with a can of chick peas drained.
