Dehydrated onions
Dehydrated green peppers
Dehydrated corn
Dehydrated ground beef

Instructions:
Reconstitute dried ingredients, add sausage, tomatoes and spice mix; add enough water to pot to accommodate the rice. Measurements are by calibrated eyeball. Beware of spice mixes that are heavy on the salt, unless this is what you want.... We especially like this meal because it's hearty on a cold rainy day, and it's an clean-up afterwards.
