Nancy 's Potato Soup

Ingredients: 

(Bulk mix) original recipe tripled

7 ½ cups or one 15.3 oz. Box of “Hungry Jacks” potato Flakes

3 ¾ cups of powdered Coffee Creamer (I like Carnation)

3 pkgs. McCormick’s Chicken Gravy Mix (Dry)

6 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules

6 tsp. Salt Free SPIKE Seasoning

6tsp. Dried Minced Onion

1½ tsp. pepper

Cooking Equipment: 

pot to boil water and a bowl to make it in or you can add to the pot if your a one pot cook and eat out of the pot.

Instructions: 

Place Ingredients in a 1 gal zip lock and toss & stir well. To serve. Place ½ cup of mix in bowl & add 1 cup of boiling water. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top

Store in bulk or in individual baggies or I like to vacuum seal individual portions. Makes 21 bowl size servings. To make Potato Cheese Soup add a 3 Pkgs. Of Knorr’s 4 Cheese Pasta Sauce (dry)
