Quesadillas

Ingredients: 

all dehydrated:

1 lb lean ground beef or chicken (or TVP with beef/chicken flavouring);

package of black bean mix (PC good) or dried refried beans;

package 6" tortillas;

4 oz cheeze (grated or sliced);

veg oil;

optional: 1 cup salsa, dehydrated

Instructions: 

Rehydrate all ingredients individually. Oil outside of tortilla lightly. layer beef, beans, (salsa), cheese. Put other tortilla on top, and oil top lightly. Slide into a hot fry pan. Cook 1-2 min, Flip, serve. Slice into quarters.

Comments: 

the oiling is what makes the torillas crispy and easy to handle. The chees sticks it all together.
