Ingredients: 

1 cup quinoa (grain from Peru)

1 fresh red onion

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons curry powder

handful of dried pears, dates, apricots, chopped almonds

Instructions: 

Bring three cups of water to a boil and add quinoa mixture. Grain is ready when it looks transparent. Let stand covered for 10 minutes
