Tamale Pie

Ingredients: 

Dried ground beef (3/4lb before drying)

Dried onion flakes (1 onion)

Dried green pepper (1 pepper)

Dried corn (3/4 cup frozen)

Dried black olives (1/2 cup before drying)

Dried tomato leather (1 large can tom. sauce)

Handful of sundried tomatoes

1 cup cornmeal

1 pkg sour cream mix (Club House Brand)

2 tbsp milk powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup grated cheese

Instructions: 

1) Reconstitute dried meat and veggies by soaking in equal amounts of water for about 20 minutes before cooking. 2) Mix sour cream pkg milk powder and water in a cup. 3) Combine all ingredients in a frying pan, bring to a boil and simmer covered over low heat for about 20 minutes. 4) Top with cheese and salsa
