Tasty Glop Spread

Ingredients: 

Parmesan Cheese (fresh block not grated)

Asiago Cheese

Garlic cloves

Olive Oil

Basil

Salt (optional)

Instructions: 

Cut equal parts of cheeses into 1" cubes. Place in food processor and run till fine grated. Add fresh garlic cloves and basil(to taste). While processor is running add olive oil until the mixture becomes "gloppy".(Hence the name) Some might add a pinch of salt, but I think the cheeses have enough. Pack in a wide mouth nalgene jar for the trip.

Spread Glop on bread, bannock, crackers, rye crisp, even pancakes! Whats not to like? Cheese and garlic! Ummmmmm. Should keep 3-4 days in the field, maybe longer.
